In private practice at 40 Park Avenue since 1996, Dr. Johanna S. Youner combines common sense and a mind for innovative approaches towards foot health, health, and beauty in her daily life and podiatric practice. Dr. Youner is a Board Certified foot doctor and surgeon, and ALMS (American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery) member. Dr Youner is a certified laser technician performing full body laser tattoo removal with the PicoSure Laser and the Q-switched Nd-Yag laser by Astanza.
She is a certified BOTOX cosmetic facial injector as well as PCA SKin Professional, with a deep interest in providing the latest in aesthetic treatments to all her patients.
She has been an APMA Expert since 2001, fielding media inquiries for the nationally recognized American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr Youner is an Executive Officer,Vice President for the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, New York City Division.
Dr. Johanna Youner is one of the few podiatrists skilled in the use of injectable filler for painful feet, Juvederm injectable filler for foot pain.
Dr. Johanna Youner is the only podiatrist in New York City employing all three cutting edge injectables for feet including Juvederm filler for foot joint pain, foot pain due to lack of padding, Botox for hyperhidrosis (oversweating) as well as Bleomycin Sulfate for verrucae (warts).

Dr. Youner is an active expert and spokesperson for the American Podiatric Medical Association. She is the 2013-2014 Vice President for the Executive Board of the NYSPMA and Legislative Committee member. A Board Certified (ABPS) foot surgeon since 2003 Dr. Youner received her doctorate (Doctor in Podiatric Medicine) from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990 with honors and her BA degree from Ivy League Barnard College, Columbia University in January,1983 in 3 1/2 years. Having completed three years of residency training in both Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Youner has surgically assisted some of New York City's finest plastic surgeons. She also spent a month training at the Leper Colony in Carville, Louisiana. Dr. Youner's techniques of foot care continue to be cutting edge. Dr. Johanna Youner utilizes the latest and most innovative techniques to address facial aging and foot problems and is not afraid to think "outside the box" if a problem has not been properly diagnosed or treated previously by other practitioners. Dr. Vera V Halbfass, DPM

Dr. Vera Halbfass is a 2002 graduate (Magna Cum Laude) from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Vera Halbfass honed her surgical skills with three years of residency training, both at Mt Sinai Medical Center and at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn. With her undergraduate work at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania and pre-med at Columbia University, her academic qualifications are impeccable, as are her medical and surgical skills.
Dr. Halbfass performs bunion and hammertoe surgery at Gramercy Surgical Center and Fifth Avenue Surgical Center. At 40 Park Avenue she does laser treatments for fungal nails.
Dr. Emanuel Sergi, DPM
Dr. Sergi is Dr. Johanna Youner's co-surgeon, and maintains an office at 271 Madison Avenue, Suite 1606, 212-682-6626. Dr. Sergi is a graduate of St. Joseph's College and New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Sergi is Board Qualified in forefoot surgery. Dr. Sergi's cutting edge cosmetic approach to foot surgery continues to provide the latest techniques in forefoot surgery with a great surgeon's touch. Please note that Dr. Sergi strictly sees patient with out of network benefits. We have an excellent in-network surgeon in our referral base.
Dr. Odeyale (Dr. Femi) is our newest member of the Healthy Feet New York team. Dr. Femi is a graduate of the Wycoff Residency Surgical Program and has completed a fellowship in Wound Care.
